The Hoppa Winter Wheel allows the use of a trolley around a wet course. The studs on the wheel cover prevent the wheel from slipping on the wet grass, but also the studs prevent the "digging in" caused by wheels moving over wet ground.
The covers come in 3 sizes. 10 inch, 12 inch and 14 inch.
